Congratulations to 1998 Fall Residency alum Han Kang, who has won the 2024 Nobel Prize in Literature! Han is the third Fall Residency alum to win a Nobel; she joins Orhan Pamuk, who participated in 1985, and Mo Yan, who participated in 2004. Han is the first South Korean author and the 18th woman to win the prize.
