Freedom NYAMUBAYA is the author of On the Road Again (1986) and Dusk of Dawn (1995), both published in English; and co-author of Ndangariro (1987). Her work expresses ideas few dare voice, given the current political situation in Zimbabwe. She was once a member of the Zimbabwe Liberation Army in Mozambique, and now is the program director for Management Outreach Training Service for Rural and Urban Development.
